Grand Theft Auto’s PSP Games Coming to PS3

GTA PS2 ClassicsIt seems that Rockstar really want to make it up to Grand Theft Auto fans for the lack of updates as-of-late, with them today announced that PSP titles (later released as PS2 titles) Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories will be re-released for $9.99 (£7.99) each on the PlayStation Network as PlayStation 2 Classics next week.

Both games are great titles in the series and it’s a blessing to see them coming to a home console. It’s definitely Rockstar’s intention to keep Grand Theft Auto fresh in your mind before the release of Grand Theft Auto V — a marketing strategy that in itself earns money and keeps fans happy? You geniuses, you.

(Rockstar also tell us to stay tuned for more upcoming PlayStation 2 Classics, which we’ll keep you posted on.)
